  Hundreds of reviews online of same product not working. Should have checked before purchase. Big W should learn some customer service and not have products that don't work on shelves.

  The BIGW chain offers value for money, this specific store isn't too good though, it comes down to management cutbacks which lead to frustrated customers which won't come back and shop here!

  The store itself has some nice bargains however, the staff need extra training in customer service. Even if the customer has to be told something important. It is imperative staff are taught how to convey different types of instructions professionally. I will be filing an official complaint against one individual. I am not happy at all.

  Purchased a lantern there. Returned to collect a missing part which was obliged. Still didn't work. Got an exchange. Still didn't work, so went back for a refund. Turns out after an exchange they write the purchase up as a "gift card" and refuse to refund. "Manager" accused us of lying.
