    No human interaction unfortunately no alternative means of communication on the robotic phone numbers

    Wait times are totally unacceptable of over 2 hours. Customer service support was terrible. I would also suggest they need to look at a better system of calling people not standing in a corner calling once and walking away. There are people with hearing impairments that would not hear their names being called. Worst Medicare/Centrelink office that I have ever been in

    Last I went there, waited more than an hour to submit some Health Care Card required documents, the IDIOT took my documents, didn't post them to the processing centre. Obviously the application was rejected and now I have sent those documents all over again. Very unprofessional act, that idiot shouldn't be working at the Broady.
